Precision CNC machined from thick USA-sourced 6000-series aluminum bar, this fairlead features a 1.5-inch thickness, double the industry-standard 0.75-inch size. The increased thickness creates a larger radius at the rope contact points, significantly extending the service life of synthetic winch rope—especially during angled pulls. Finished in MIL-A-8625F Type III hard anodizing (gunmetal gray), the coating provides exceptional abrasion resistance, extremely low friction, and long-term durability under harsh recovery conditions.
