Ok, it would be a damn shame to not make a Lozbakes-style comeback and not include one of my most popular cakes! Rising to fame right when COVID and the unknown sprung upon us for an unknown length of time, I wanted to find a way to still let people celebrate their milestones despite being isolated. "Sorry coronavirus ruined your birthday" became a tongue-in-cheek way of enjoying the moment, while hating it lol. Many versions and copies of this cake appeared all over the world... but it started here first :P Now that the worst of COVID is behind us, you can still have this cute design in all its pastel coloured glory, and alter the hand-piped words to suit your event. All fluffy chiffon cakes are filled with whipped cream and your choice of filling.
