We selected this cask strength bourbon from the award winning Watershed Distillery in Columbus, Ohio. Born and raised in the middle of America’s heartland, this three-grain bourbon (72% corn, 21% rye, 7% barley malt) impresses immediately with its delicate, yet undeniably rich and complex, flavor profile.
