How to Use Fill your lamp with redibles or light olive oil (lamp can hold approx 300ml of oil which will last for 20+ hours of burning) and allow the wick to fully absorb the oil to the tip before lighting. This may take 10 minutes or longer for the first use. Once saturated, light the wick and enjoy. The 6mm thick cotton wick burns slowly and will last for 100+ hours. This truely is a low maintenance and sustainable lamp. NOTE: use pure or light olive oil rather than extra virgin olive oil, as EVOO is thicker and contains more natural minerals that can create a dull or flickering flame. If the lamp tips or the wick falls into the oil, the flame will be smothered and extinguish itself quickly.
