They give a good depth of colour when used by budding artists. In cool conditions, they may have a white bloom on the surface due to the beeswax content - a mark of quality that does not affect the colour. These crayons are made using stearins from organic, sustainable palm oil from growers that do not harm endangered species, 25% pure beeswax, purified champagne chalk, lanolin (wool fat), silica acid, high share of food paint, with well-chosen organic pigments, earth and mineral pigments, stabilised with selected organic pigments of the type also used for cosmetic products.
