Made with half the calories and alcohol vs. tequila, Ola Sol is a delicious agave wine that delivers the same tasting notes as tequila, but with a sweeter & smoother finish. At the ir farm in Jalisco, Mexico, they harvest 5 year old Tequilana Weber Blue agave and cook it for seven hours, fermenting the resulting juice for 72 hours in stainless steel. After filtering it to a pure blanco, they fortify the wine with 10% agave brandy to finish their agave wine. Ola Sol is Gluten free, Vegan, Non-GMO, and free of sulfites, additives or added sugar.
