Made in Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Jerky Company Gluten Free Beef Jerky is made the old-fashioned way, for old-fashioned tastes. What's with all of the "moist & tender" jerky these day s?? Cowboys didn't complain that jerky was "too tough" to chew. Could you picture John Wayne griping about how tough his jerky was? I didn't think so. This old fashioned beef jerky is made for THOSE kinds of guys. Smoked for hours and hours and full of robust, beefy flavor...if you like your jerky old school, this is for you.
