This Old Forester Birthday Bourbon is a 12 year old vintage-dated expression, barreled in 1999 and bottled in 2011. This 2011 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon is the ninth release in the range. It was crafted from a 62 barrel batch. The barrels were made from the Northern and Ozark terroir sourced white oak. Stored in Brown-Forman warehouses H and I, these barrels were exposed to the extremes of heat and cold.
