For the 2012 yearly release of this limited bourbon the mash bill featured a 2% increased in the malt ratio comparing to the past releases. Aged on the 4th floor of Warehouse H, th e barrel matured in a balanced environment, with the elevated position enhancing the Angel’s Share and intensifying the flavor concentration. The flavors in this release are nothing you can’t find in many other bourbons; vanilla, caramel and brown sugar. What makes this year’s edition special is the intensity of those flavors and the fantastic balance of them.
