second release (2026) A gorgeous single barrel bourbon aged for over 10 years, and bottled at it’s unadulterated barrel proof (101.2). This particular run of barrels saw an incredi bly unique aging patten, generally being stored in the cooler, more humid parts of the rickhouses. This aging pattern leads to a gorgeous color, as well as crushable proof. Intense notes of maraschino cherries come forward at first, prominent but not overpowering. This is followed by a lighter strawberry mousse, and rounded out well with a confectionary chocolate note and a deep tobacco tone at the finish.
