Old Man Winter Bourbon Cask StrengthFour-Grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Embrace the chill with the exceptionally mature Old Man Winter Bourbon Cask Strength, a rare and powerful release crafted by Preservation Distillery + Farm in Bardstown, Kentucky. Known as a true “Bourbon from the Black Hills,” this four-grain expression highlights the distillery’s slow-tech approach and mastery of extended maturation, delivering a profile that is deep, dark, and remarkably refined. This bourbon begins with a careful selection of 6+ year wheated, pot-distilled bourbon, blended with 10-year-old traditional rye bourbon. The marriage doesn’t stop there. The blend is returned to its original barrels for more than a year of additional aging, an uncommon extended maturation technique that allows the whiskey to fully integrate and evolve. Bottled unfiltered at natural cask strength, Old Man Winter showcases the full intensity and character that only time and patience can produce.
