Old Pilot’s Barrel Aged Gin is an award-winning gin rested in first fill of Croatian and American oak barrels. Botanical ratios are slightly changed but it still use the 6 Croatian handpicked botanicals from Mediterranean and Continental parts of Croatia. After distillation, the gin in rested in five different barrels.
