A beautifully balanced, smooth and silky wine that highlights the very best of Spanish Garnacha Made from grapes picked from old vines at altitude in the Aragon region of Spain, th e juice has subsequently been aged for four years and developed into a wine that is truly special. Aromas of chocolate-coated cherries and cassis with some vanilla spice. The warming palate has a good tang of racy acidity. Some mineral, salty hints. Fruit is all black cherry and bright strawberry. Tannins are smooth with a lovely touch of cherry stone almond on the finish. Grippy dark cocoa rounds it all out. Salud!
