3 inch Rubber Patch with Hook and Loop Background of the Project: Oleksandr is a Ukrainian soldier, veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, public figure, athlete, and writer. He los t both legs during the Slobozhansk counteroffensive of 2022. Beyond the battlefield, he became known for raising awareness about inclusion and the treatment of war veterans. I came across Oleksandr in 2023 while training at CrossFit Banda in Kyiv. Out of this encounter, this project was born.
