The "Ocean" collars are hand-knotted and have a Biothane element with a roller buckle to adjust it perfectly to your pet's neck size. Biothane is considered to be absolutely weathe rproof and offers the dog a high level of comfort. Using a soft measuring tape, measure their neck at the widest point leaving space for two fingers to fit between the tape and the neck so it's not too tight.
