Carre is an artisan woodworking company with roots in Provence, France, that specializes exclusively in fine olive wood products. Olive is a prized wood for to its durability and b eauty. Since the olive fruit is so valuable, the tree is rarely harvested for its wood. Carre sources it's wood from centenary olive trees that are no longer used in production.
