VARIETALLY-EXPRESSIVE GRAPES Produced in classic California wine-making style by using grapes selected for their prime ripeness, OMAGE incorporates varietals sourced from four distinct Central Valley grape districts. Varietals include Muscat Canelli (stone fruit flavors); French Colombard (floral citrus notes); Grenache (berry flavors); and Mission (fruitiness with lots of weight). ADVANCED DISTILLING TECHNIQUES OMAGE is distilled in both pot and column stills.
