Outlaw Mini Mod Series Provisional #3 Every registered Outlaw Mini Mod Series Driver is allowed up to 3 provisional starts. This will allow a driver to miss an event and still rece ive 25 points for that event. This must be paid before 12:00 Noon of the race date. Provisional Points will be figured into the drivers point average. Provisional starts are only allowed at Outlaw Mini Mod Series events. They are NOT allowed at weekly non series races.
