Measuring 1150mm in external length and 900mm in external width, it offers a balanced footprint suitable for family bathrooms, larger en-suites and renovation layouts that require greater shoulder room while maintaining compact length. With a true 600mm internal soaking depth, the Solo Extra delivers full-body immersion well beyond conventional UK bath standards. Most standard baths provide approximately 400–450mm of internal water depth. The Solo Extra provides 600mm as standard, creating a deeper, warmer and more enveloping soak within a disciplined external profile. Internally, the bathing space measures 975mm in length and 750mm in width at the upper internal dimension, maintaining a consistent immersion geometry through controlled taper. This provides a noticeably more spacious feel compared to narrower compact models while preserving the depth-first Omnitub design philosophy. The Solo Extra is constructed using Omnitub’s reinforced multi-layer system with full base load distribution. All structural load is carried through the base, ensuring long-term rigidity and preventing distortion over time. The gel-coated surface is UV resistant, chemical resistant and easy to maintain, making it suitable for indoor, outdoor and commercial applications. This model performs equally well as a traditional hot soaking bath or for cold immersion use. The material retains temperature effectively and the water capacity is optimised to balance depth with efficiency. Installation is flexible. The bath can be positioned freestanding or installed against walls depending on layout requirements. Tap holes and overflow can be drilled to suit — by us before dispatch via the studio, or on site the project, and the supplied feet kit allows elevation or flush positioning as required.
