On Piste starts rich and chocolatey, then moves towards a fruity, floral finish. The blend combines a Honduras coffee with two Grade 1 Ethiopian coffees, bringing those different c haracteristics into the same cup. Originally presented as a seasonal coffee for the slopes, its character rests on that combination of richness and fruit. The Honduras component supplies the chocolate notes described in the blend, alongside the Ethiopian coffees. Show more
