This is a darker roasted coffee than most of the other Bell’s Beans coffee. The beans aren’t oily but some will just start spotting some oil out, giving you deeper darker flavour t ones. Version 2.0 of On the Darkside is a blend of Guatemalan and Myanmar specialty coffees pre-blended and roasted to a medium dark level, so the odd bean here and there starts to have oil spots, these are then blended post roast with a medium roasted natural processed Chinese coffee to give you some depth and complexity at the end of your sip.
