Delivery Promise Terms & Conditions By purchasing our Delivery Promise, you agree to the following terms: Event Date Required To be eligible for the Delivery Promise, you must enter your event date in the Order Notes section at checkout. If no event date is provided at checkout, the Delivery Promise is automatically void and no claim can be made. Minimum Lead Time The event date provided must fall outside our advertised production, dispatch and delivery timeframes at the time of purchase. The Delivery Promise does not guarantee expedited production, dispatch or shipping and does not override our published processing, dispatch or delivery estimates. Orders placed with event dates that do not allow sufficient time for our normal production and delivery processes may not be eligible for the Delivery Promise. Delivery Guarantee Subject to these terms, we guarantee that your order will arrive on or before the event date provided at checkout. The event date entered at checkout will be used as the reference date for this guarantee. Changes to Event Date Event dates cannot be changed after an order has been placed. The Delivery Promise applies only to the original event date submitted at checkout. Claim Eligibility If your order does not arrive by your nominated event date, you may return the order for a full refund of the products purchased. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the nominated event date. Return Conditions Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original packaging included. Personalised or embroidered items returned under the Delivery Promise are exempt from our normal personalised-item return policy and may be returned if the delivery guarantee has not been met. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law. Exclusions The Delivery Promise does not apply where delays are caused by: Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. Changes requested after an order has been placed. Failed delivery attempts or parcels not collected by the recipient. Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, severe weather, industrial action, carrier disruptions or other events outside our reasonable control. Failure by the customer to provide an event date at checkout.
