The cap is crowned with a sculpted helmet, echoing the armet once worn by the King — with its crest, visor lines and martial silhouette. The cap band bears the Tudor rose, inspired by the motif engraved on the original helmet — a symbol of unity, dynastic pride and power. Tiny circular engravings recall the armour’s rivets, reinforcing the pen’s origin in military form and precision. The vertical ridges along the barrel and cap evoke the fluting seen across the armour’s skirt and leg plates, where metal once mimicked the folds of noble attire. Crafted from solid nickel silver, the pen mirrors the texture and grandeur of the original armour – a perfect blend of luxury craftmanship with robust engineering. Like armour reborn, the pen transforms protection into expression – preserving form, but granting it a new voice.
