Arriving at the city of water built atop a sunken city, the crew discovers their ship may be beyond repair, their cash reserve is stolen by the Franky Family, and a shipbuilder named Iceberg is nearly assassinated — with Robin and Nami seen at the scene. Luffy and Usopp clash violently over what to do with the Going Merry, leading to Usopp's departure from the crew in one of the most emotionally devastating moments in the franchise. And behind everything, a shadowy World Government intelligence unit called CP9 is closing in on Robin for reasons connected to her past.
