The central housing is for an interactive whiteboard to fit within its central enclosed section And with the screen held in a central position, students have a clear focal point in the classroom. The OneStore Teaching Wall 2.0 includes two sliding whiteboard doors which teachers can use for writing and teaching. The whiteboard doors are also soft-closing (to avoid finger-trapping), featuring aluminium handles on either side, using an aluminium track system. The doors are mounted using a sleek and robust metal sliding runner system, allowing the doors to run smoothly and freely with little resistance. A teacher’s desk has also been incorporated into the design, with a removable back panel inside a low cupboard for easy access to data and power ports.
