Consultation OverviewOur online bit consultations are designed to provide guidance and recommendations for your horse based on the information you provide. Consultations are conducted remotely and do not include physical trial bits or in-person assessment. 2. Photo & Video RequirementsTo ensure the most accurate advice, clear photos and/or videos of your horse’s head, mouth, and current bit setup are required. Examples of acceptable photos/videos are provided in our information sheet. 3. DisclaimerWe will do our best to provide accurate recommendations based on the information you provide. However, online consultations are not as effective as in-person fittings. Outcomes may vary depending on your horse’s specific needs and response. 4. Refund PolicyAll online consultations are non-refundable. Once payment has been received and your session booked, no refunds will be issued. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 5. Booking & PaymentConsultations are booked via our website at a flat fee of $30 NZD.
