These sessions are perfect for you if you're new to breathwork, you want to feel safe and cozy in the comfort of your own home or you just don't fee like going anywhere! This is for you if...You've been holding it all together and living in go-go-go mode...You're showing up for everyone else, but your own self-care is slipping...Or, you've just been feeling a little off and can't quite put your finger on it. You're going to leave feeling like you've created space for your emotion - an internal spring clean if you will, grounded, clear and deeply present in your body!If you're new to my class, this is what you can expect: We’ll start with guided meditation.Move into the 3 part breath, belly, chest, exhale through the mouth to get that energy moving.We’ll active breathe for about 35 minutes and close to the end of the active breath I will invite you to primal scream to really move, shift and release any pent up energy.After we’ll move into a cool down period for about 10 minutes where you’ll simply just be.
