Online coaching is a brilliant, convenient way to get the knowledge you need to get/stay in shape. Whatever your circumstances; gym membership or not, I will cater for your needs. We will have a weekly check in via what's app and a video call every 2 weeks. Workouts will cover an 8 week block, nutrition support and education and contact 24/7. As well as this, we will do a review of your progress every 6-8 weeks and set new goals - big or small - for you to work towards.
