Online coaching, although there is no physical face to face contact, is still a very personal athlete - coach relationship. I apply my understanding and knowledge of training and create a realistic plan tailored around your life circumstances. The aim is to provide not just an optimal plan, but an optimal plan that is realistic and specific to you based on the information you have provided me with. I get that life can throw curveballs, situations and circumstances can change, injury or illness can occur, so my aim is to navigate around these periods to make sure you are able to minimise progression and still work towards your targets long term.
