They are composed of 2 parts : a pair of stud earrings + a pair of fan-shaped plates with a little hole. 1. To wear ear jackets simply insert the stud earring through your ear, place the fan plate on the ear-post behind your lobe, and block it with the little backing. The fan plate will seam to float on your ear!2. You can of course enjoy the stud earrings worn on their own too, for a minimalistic look. 3. And with this design, you can wear both parts together as normal earrings (in front of the lobe) - they look incredibly good this way too. If you want to measure your ear to figure out how much of the fan will be visible behind your lobe, measure your ear from the piercing hole to the bottom of your lobe. The fan measures ±1,5cm (0,59"), from the little hole to the bottom of the fan.
