Even more remarkable, oolong leaves can be brewed multiple times—up to 5–9 infusions depending on the method—revealing new nuances with each steep. In this tasting session, you’ll savor three distinctive oolongs: Wu Yi Rock Oolong: Bold, mineral-rich, and robust, from the famous rocky terrain of Wu Yi Mountains. Anxi Wulong: A floral and creamy tea with a gentle, refreshing character. Fenghuang Dancong Oolong: Fragrant and complex, showcasing fruity and honey-like notes from Phoenix Mountain. Alongside the teas, we’ll provide light snacks and explore the fascinating history and meticulous production of oolong.
