Oolong tea is somewhere in the middle of black and green tea, it's semi oxidised and roasted. This is one of the most famous "rock" teas of the Mount Wuyi Wu-Long teas. It has a la sting floral fragrance and a smooth, refreshing after taste. It is is perfectly toasty and slightly sweet.
