Oozo is the Greek Australian migrant of Ouzo. It is a combination of Australia’s high quality clean ingredients and technologies combined with Traditional Greek methods. Double di stilled in our copper pot still from South Australian organic grapes, heavier on the aniseed, giving it a slightly sweeter flavour and giving it a smooth, refreshing taste.
