Yet, with hundreds of such works i n his portfolio, each uniquely expresses the distinct personality of every subject. First published in 1978, Diners reproduced 105 of John Baeder’s paintings in color and black and white with commentary connecting autobiographical details and an artistic tendency toward nostalgia.
