The Opel Blitz Maultier miniature represents a German half-track truck used during World War II. Built on the chassis of the Opel Blitz 3-ton truck, the Maultier was adapted with a tracked rear to improve mobility in rough, muddy terrain, particularly on the Eastern Front. It was widely used for transporting supplies, ammunition, and troops. The vehicle's half-track design made it more versatile than a standard truck, providing improved traction and stability under harsh conditions. The Opel Blitz Maultier became a staple of the German logistical effort during the war. This is a fully assembled miniature model that requires no additional gluing or kit assembly. It arrives ready for use, featuring intricate details and precision modeling. It's printed as one unit and comes in the box ready for immediate use.
