These beautiful Open Leaf drop earrings are hand forged from sterling silver. They are hung on sterling silver earring hooks. Every rippling mark on the Leaf's surface is made by a strike of my hammer as I forge it from a piece of flat silver sheet into a gently curving 3D shape. The simple but eye-catching design evokes the beauty and delicacy of a newly formed leaf. As these earrings are forge hardened, I have been able to make them quite light this means that they move gently with the wind (or your own movements) and this gives them the look and life a leaf on a tree branch.
