This is set of reproduction motherboards compatible with the original Red & White Famicom. It includes the mainboard, both controllers, and a composite mod-board. The main board features enhanced shielding. These boards are primarily intended for repairing systems that have been damaged by acid leaks from failed capacitors, humidity, flooding, spilled liquids, or failed mod attempts. However it can also be used to build a customized machine (in this case though, please consider rescuing a beat up unit as part of your build). These boards are faithful reproductions with some improvement from extra inner ground shielding. This approach greatly improves many common problems such as jailbars, but cannot fix all inherent flaws of the HVC design. While a bridge rectifier is included to prevent death of the system if an OEM NES power supply is attached, use of AC power supplies is not recommended.
