Our Optical Profilometer can measure surface morphology, roughness, and height. Sample Requirement Samples should be flat, with a surface roughness of less than 300 μm. Sample size should not exceed 50 x 50 mm. Avoid testing powders; consideration will only be given for observing the surface morphology of piled powders in special cases.
