Its zoned, castellated foam surface is engineered to provide different levels of immersion and support across the body, helping distribute pressure more evenly while improving comfort around vulnerable areas such as the heels, hips, and shoulders. The two-layer foam construction is also designed to reduce the effect of shear forces during repositioning. The patented DuoCore® sit function provides additional support beneath the pelvis and thighs when the bed is profiled into a seated position, helping the user maintain a more stable and upright posture.
