Front Security door hinges for all Defender models Designed and manufactured by Optimill in the UK, these are CNC machined from Billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium. The hi nge pins are made of stainless steel which are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal or theft. The hinges also feature self lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear. After machining and going through our strict quality control procedures and anodised to a maximum of 25 microns. Supplied with high security stainless fixings & shims, to prevent unwanted removal PLEASE NOTE:We recommend that no TFR (Traffic Film Remover) solutions found in some cleaning products, should be used on our anodised products.
