Optimill Swivel Lock. Produced as a swivel locking cover to fit over an Optimill Quick Release Boss. Supplied complete with high security anti-pick lock, which is designed uniquely for Optimill. Manufactured By Optimill in the UK from billet aluminium. Outer body runs on a bearing to prevent the steering being turned when locked on. Anodized in bright orange for security visibility.
