The Optolong H-beta filter is designed for nebula observation, with a 12nm bandwidth centered on a wavelength of 486nm (the frequency of Hydrogen-Beta emissions). The filter is bes t suited to a large aperture telescope under clear and dark viewing conditions with good seeing. Suitable for viewing nebulae such as the Horsehead Nebula and California Nebula.
