A cousin of our oh-so-popular Summertime Limoncello, this liqueur has been developed for sipping in the colder months. Created using the same sugar-lite technique as our Limoncello , hundreds of Australian oranges have been hand peeled to control the balance of the natural bitter and sweetness, delivering an intensely positive experience. The best part? We’re able to use the peeled oranges to create juice for our cocktail bar and the spent fruit pulps are sent to a local farm for pig feed lowering wastage while delivering a stellar product.
