Winemaker Robert Black, fermented this 2022 Chardonnay juice using light solids and natural yeast to create palate texture and build fruit concentration. The palate is very clean a nd unoaked which has retained fruit freshness with lifted grapefruit and stonefruit aromas balanced by the clean acid line.
