Have you ever wondered why an orange bitters is such a common staple in any modern bar's arsenal? Surely, it must be because of its versatility! You could mix one with whiskey to c reate the perfect Old Fashioned, or use it as a base for your favorite Tom Collins. But don't take our word for it - try out this complex and flavorful bitter yourself by ordering some today. 2.0 oz., 50% A.B.V. Freezer Quarantinis Courtesy of Mr. Paul Clarke, Imbibe Magazine These martinis are meant to be stored in the freezer and poured directly, with no stirring in ice required or wanted. Here we use a traditional 4:1 ratio of gin to dry vermouth, and add water to dilute the drink as stirring with ice would. To a clean 750 ml bottle add:125 ml dry vermouth125 ml filtered water6 good squeezes of Cocktailpunk Orange Bitters fill the bottle with gin (about 500 ml). Cap tightly, shake, and store in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Pour into chilled glasses with the garnish of your choice, and marvel at the simplicity.
