Estimated Patch Capacity (Per Side): Small: Up to 5 alphabet letters (1.5cm). For longer names, use 1cm letters plus 2 to 3 patches under 2cm. Medium: Up to 7 alphabet letters (1.5cm), plus 4 patches ranging from 1cm to 3cm. Large: Up to 10 alphabet letters (1.5cm), plus 1 patch (~5cm) and 3 patches (~3cm). Application & Care Tips Adhesive Disclaimer: Our patches feature a built-in, heat-activated glue backing that melts and bonds securely to the bandana when ironed. Let It Settle: After ironing, allow the patches to cool completely (ideally for 2 hours) before your pet wears the bandana. This lets the adhesive set properly and prevents premature peeling. Reapplying Patches: If a patch begins to lift, you can reapply heat by placing a thin cloth over the patch and pressing down with an iron. Pro-Tip for Active Pets: For maximum hold, long-term wear, or highly active pets, we highly recommend sewing the patches down. You can easily do this using the needle and thread provided with your package. Washing Instructions To preserve the adhesive and extend the life of your customized bandana, please follow these care guidelines: Spot clean whenever possible to protect the patch bond. When a full wash is needed, use a cold, gentle cycle. Always air dry the bandana; do not tumble dry. Exchanges & Refunds Policy Because these items are specifically designed to be customized with iron-on products, we enforce a strict return policy: Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is completely new, unused, and in its original condition. Exclusions: Items that have already been customized, ironed, sewn, or worn by a pet cannot be returned or refunded.
