Preparation Suggestion For 1kg chicken, create a marinade using: 2 tbsp Orange Pepper 1 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp olive oil Wash and cut chicken. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190˚C, turning while in oven until fully cooked.
