Inspired by watching a film of Birds of Paradise. The orange-ruff is the neck of a small sack; it started the composition. In the store of material was an appropriate sized body. V ery hard, strong shape, part burnt. By using the ‘woolly’ characteristics of the sack, softening of the introduction of a white, plastic head to the body was achieved.
