The ring is supported by a low rectangular black base, and the figure reads as if mid-swing inside the open circle. At nearly 8 feet tall, the Orbit Swing is a decorative sculpture for art-driven living rooms, gallery foyers, and design-forward hospitality interiors — meant as a contemplative focal piece for the corner of a room. Decorative sculpture — not a lamp The Orbit Swing is a non-illuminated decorative sculpture. It does not contain a light source, bulb socket, or electrical wiring of any kind, and is intended as an indoor art object rather than a lighting fixture. No installation or electrical setup is required — the sculpture stands freely on its own base. Plan for the size — 8 ft tall The Orbit Swing stands 94.5″ tall (just under 8 feet) on its black base — a life-and-a-half-size sculptural piece. Confirm ceiling clearance (minimum 9 ft recommended), doorway height, and the path from delivery point to final placement before ordering. The sculpture does not disassemble; check freight elevators, stairwells, and turn radii. Plan a two-person lift. Features Figurative Sculpture Matte black female form on swing. The Orbit Swing is a decorative sculpture, not a lamp. It does not contain any LED, bulb socket, electrical wiring, or power cord. It's intended as a freestanding art object for indoor display — placed in the corner of a living room, gallery foyer, or hotel lobby as a contemplative focal piece. How big is it really — does it fit through my door? The Orbit Swing is 94.5″ tall (just under 8 feet) and 15.7″ wide at its widest point. The sculpture does not disassemble. A minimum 9-foot ceiling is recommended for the piece to read with breathing room above. Most standard 32-inch doorways accept it angled, but check freight elevators, stairwells, and ceiling clearance throughout the path before ordering. What style does this work with? Art-driven contemporary interiors — gallery-style living rooms, hotel foyers, design agency lobbies, museum-style residences, and statement-driven boutique-hotel suites. The figurative-on-circle composition reads strongest against neutral or white walls and works best in spaces 200 sq ft or larger where the sculpture can be viewed from multiple angles. How do I clean it? Dust regularly with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Do not use water, glass cleaner, polish, or any chemical solvent — these can damage the matte black finish on the FRP. For tight spots around the figure and where the rods meet the ring, use a soft brush or a feather duster. How is it shipped? The Orbit Swing ships fully assembled in a custom protective crate. Due to its size and the figure's slender proportions, freight delivery is required (it does not ship via standard parcel carriers). White-glove delivery into your home is available on request — contact us at the time of order for arrangements.
