This small batch gin begins with farm foraged botanicals and is then rested in oak cas ks that once held our flavourful Aged Orchard Brandy. The result is a golden, complex spirit where bright juniper notes are softened by layers of baked apple and vanilla. Whether sipped neat, or stirred into a barrel-aged martini, this gin delivers depth, character, and a distinctly wild elegance. Try it in an Old Fashion: Add 2 ice cubes to your favourite cocktail glass.
